How long does delivery take after postal handover?

This page shows how long a letter or parcel normally takes to reach the recipient after it has been handed over to the delivery service provider. All times are stated in working days.

Direct letter mailing

Available for both PENSAKI Ready and PENSAKI Business. Letters are mailed directly to recipients worldwide.

UPS parcel shipping

UPS Carbon Neutral

Available exclusively for PENSAKI Business from 250 items. The complete order is delivered to the customer and requires a signature.

From 500 items, German customers can use DIALOGPOST EASY, and from 5,000 items regular DIALOGPOST. Both are available only for recipients in Germany and require a confirmed German return address. Based on experience, DIALOGPOST items are delivered within 5 to 10 working days after postal handover. Postage stamps cannot be used for DIALOGPOST.

UPS Carbon Neutral, PENSAKI Business only

Available from 250 items. Direct mailing by letter post requires a German return address. Where no German return address is available, UPS parcel shipping is the standard option.

Production time plus letter transit time

Production times are taken from the Timing and production page. The following examples assume standard postage. DIALOGPOST delivery takes longer, as explained above.

PENSAKI Ready to Germany 3 working days production + 2 to 3 working days letter transit = 5 to 6 working days
PENSAKI Ready to the United States 3 working days production + 3 to 7 working days letter transit = 6 to 10 working days
PENSAKI Business to Germany, without printing 5 to 7 working days after approval + 2 to 3 working days letter transit = 7 to 10 working days after approval
