How can you pay, and how does the payment method affect production?
PENSAKI offers three payment methods. Your selected payment method determines when production can begin.

Credit card
Stripe
The card is charged when the order is completed. On working days, production normally starts within a few hours.
PayPal
PayPal Checkout
The amount is initially authorised only. The charge and production start normally take place within a few hours on working days.
Invoice
Bank transfer
Available from a net order value of EUR 500. Production starts only after payment has been received, normally 3 to 5 working days later.

How your payment method affects the start of production

Credit card Stripe
The amount is charged immediately after your order is completed. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order starts being processed when it enters production, which normally occurs within a few hours after the order on working days.

PayPal
The amount is initially authorised when the order is placed. It is charged only when your order enters production, which normally occurs within a few hours after the order on working days.

Invoice by bank transfer from EUR 500 net order value
From a net order value of EUR 500, you can complete your order by bank transfer. Production begins only after payment has been received. This normally extends the processing time by 3 to 5 working days. Your invoices are available in your customer account at any time.
Note: The payment method affects only the start of production, not the duration of the handwriting process itself. Details of the production stages are available on the Timing and production page.
